1. Preparation: Ensure the newly tapped thread is clean and free from chips or debris.
2. Attach the insert: Screw the thread insert fully onto the V-COIL inserting tool for M 10 × 1.5.
3. Position tool: Align the tool with the tapped thread entrance.
4. Insert: Use machine drive (1/4" connection) to wind the insert clockwise into the thread to the correct installation depth.
5. Remove tool: Once the insert is fully seated, detach the inserting tool — the insert remains securely installed.
