Thread plug gauges for UNC, Unified coarse thread

UNC is the standard series for screws and nuts in the USA and Canada. Nominal diameters are given in inches and as gauge numbers, the pitch as threads per inch. A plug gauge checks an internal thread. The go side must screw in, the no-go side must not — which settles the question in seconds, without a caliper and without arithmetic.
