Hand taps for G pipe thread, left hand
The left-hand version of the parallel British pipe thread, for connections that would otherwise work loose in service. Hand taps are turned by hand in a tap wrench. The thread is cut in several passes, because the work is shared between taper, second and bottoming tap.
