Machine taps for Whitworth left-hand thread
The left-hand version of the Whitworth thread, as used on British machines for rotating parts. Machine taps cut the thread in a single pass and run in a drilling machine, a machining centre or a tapping attachment.
VÖLKEL offers 26 versions to DIN 371 and DIN 376, in HSSE, from BSW 1/8 x 40 to BSW 1" x 8. Lead forms B and C cover through holes and blind holes.
