Machine taps for FG and BSC, bicycle threads
Bicycle threads are a series of their own with very fine pitches. They sit in spokes, hubs, axles and bottom brackets, where a standard thread would be either too coarse or too large. Machine taps cut the thread in a single pass and run in a drilling machine, a machining centre or a tapping attachment.
VÖLKEL offers 15 versions to DIN 374, in HSSE, from FG 2 x 56 to FG 25.4 x 24. The lead is in form C.
