The V-COIL Thread Repair Kit M 40 x 3.0 – 1.5D provides a complete solution for repairing or strengthening damaged internal threads. It restores stripped threads and reinforces low-strength materials, creating highly durable and corrosion-resistant threads — perfect for maintenance, assembly, and small-batch production.

How it works: The STI hand tap cuts a special holding thread, into which a stainless steel wire insert is installed. This results in a stronger, wear-resistant internal thread that often exceeds the original strength.
