Maschinengewindebohrer mit weißem Ring
Der weiße Ring kennzeichnet in diesem Programm die dampfbehandelte HSSE-Ausführung. Die Oxidschicht hält Schmierstoff und hemmt das Verschweißen mit dem Werkstoff. Der Farbring am Schaft macht die Ausführung auf einen Blick erkennbar, ohne dass man die Beschriftung lesen muss — praktisch, wenn mehrere Varianten derselben Größe nebeneinander im Regal liegen.
VÖLKEL führt dafür 151 Ausführungen nach DIN 371, DIN 374, DIN 376 und DIN 5156, aus HSSE, von M 3 x 0,5 bis M 42 x 4,5, dazu UNC 1/4 x 20 bis UNC 1/2 x 13 und UNF 1/4 x 28 bis UNF 1/2 x 20. Die Anschnittformen B und C decken Durchgangs- und Sacklöcher ab, ein Teil des Programms ist dampfbehandelt (VAP).
