Maschinengewindebohrer für 8-UN, 12-UN, UNS und UN
Diese Reihen halten die Steigung über alle Durchmesser konstant — acht oder zwölf Gänge je Zoll — statt sie mit dem Durchmesser wachsen zu lassen. UNS und UN fassen die Sondersteigungen außerhalb der Standardreihen. Maschinengewindebohrer schneiden das Gewinde in einem Durchgang und laufen in der Bohrmaschine, im Bearbeitungszentrum oder im Gewindeschneidapparat.
VÖLKEL führt dafür 90 Ausführungen nach ISO 529, aus HSSE, von UN 5/16 x 20 bis UN 4" x 12, dazu UNS 1/4 x 24 bis UNS 1" x 14. Die Anschnittformen B und C decken Durchgangs- und Sacklöcher ab.
