Short machine taps for metric coarse thread

The metric coarse thread is the standard thread in German-speaking countries and across much of Europe. Nominal diameter and pitch are given in millimetres, and the flank angle is 60°. A short machine tap produces the finished thread in one pass. It replaces the three-piece set wherever speed matters, and works by hand as well as in the machine.

VÖLKEL offers 27 versions to DIN 352, in HSSE, from M 3 x 0.5 to M 24 x 3.0. Lead forms B and C cover through holes and blind holes.
