VÖLKEL Threading-Bit Set, incl. Drill Bits HSS-G M 3 – M 10
The VÖLKEL Threading-Bits are designed for thread cutting with battery-powered screwdriver drills as well as electric hand drills with right-hand and left-hand rotation. They are equally suitable for manual thread cutting or for use on stationary drilling machines. With their HSS-G construction, they are ideal for machining non-abrasive materials up to 900 N/mm², including unalloyed and low alloyed steels.
For best results, use a minimum of 7.5 Volts in your drill, ensure the tool axis is aligned with the hole axis, and always apply a suitable cutting oil.
Application & Advantages
Threading-Bits combine speed and precision. Whether on-site, in workshops, or in industrial maintenance – this set allows you to cut threads cleanly in one step:
- Thread cutting directly with a cordless drill or electric hand drill
- Perfect for M3–M10 with matching drill bits included
- Standard 1/4" hex shank for quick tool change
- Durable HSS-G quality for long service life
- Universal use: hand tapping or stationary drilling machines
