Schneideisen und Sechskant-Schneidmuttern für metrisches Regelgewinde
Das metrische Regelgewinde ist das Standardgewinde im deutschsprachigen Raum und in weiten Teilen Europas. Nenndurchmesser und Steigung sind in Millimetern angegeben, der Flankenwinkel beträgt 60°. Schneideisen schneiden Außengewinde auf Bolzen, Stangen und Rohre. Das runde Schneideisen sitzt im Schneideisenhalter, die Sechskant-Schneidmutter wird mit dem Maulschlüssel gedreht und kommt deshalb auch in der Montage zurecht.
VÖLKEL führt dafür 133 Ausführungen nach DIN 223, DIN 382 und DIN EN 22568, aus HSSE, von M 1 x 0,25 bis M 68 x 6,0. Ein Teil des Programms ist dampfbehandelt (VAP).
