8th PVH Congress - VÖLKEL in 3rd place
Successful start to the industry evening at “Früh am Dom”
VÖLKEL Threading Solutions was not only represented at the 8th PVH Congress in Cologne - we also received an award! The first evening of the congress already had a special highlight in store for us: at the traditional industry evening in the Cologne brewery “Früh am Dom”, our colleagues David Pop (Head of Sales) and Sven Tschenker (Area Sales Manager D/A/CH) received an award that we are particularly proud of.
VÖLKEL achieved 3rd place in the “Precision tools” category - a recognition that confirms the high quality standards of our threading tools. The prize is awarded annually by the PVH - Zentralverband Hartwarenhandel e. V. and recognizes outstanding achievements by industry partners in the production connection trade.
An award that motivates
For us, the award is more than just a place on the podium: it is a clear sign that quality, precision and reliability are valued and recognized. At the same time, we see this award as an incentive to continue on our path - with innovative solutions, uncompromising precision and an open ear for the needs of our retail partners.
“We are delighted to receive this award and would like to thank our retailers for their trust and support.”
David Pop
Head of Sales
Focus on the future: AI & social selling as industry topics
The second day of the congress focused on current developments and practical findings. Under the guiding theme of “AI + social selling - the secret sales colleagues?”, experts discussed how new technologies are having a lasting impact on sales and marketing - including in the B2B sector. Particularly exciting: the combination of artificial intelligence with sales know-how opens up new ways of customer contact and market development. As the online marketing team at VÖLKEL, we are working intensively on precisely these topics in order to make communication with our partners even more targeted and efficient.
Networking & know-how: A valuable industry get-together
In addition to presentations and discussions, the congress offered numerous opportunities for networking. The personal exchange with experts from industry and retail is particularly valuable for us - because the best ideas for new products, services and digital strategies often only emerge in direct dialog. We would like to thank the ZHH for the successful event and are already looking forward to next year!
