LÖHER Becomes Part of the VÖLKEL Family
Since 2025, LÖHER has been part of the VÖLKEL Group. cobit GmbH has acquired the brand, production, and warehouse operations of August LÖHER GmbH—with a clear objective: simplify structures, accelerate processes, and sustainably strengthen delivery capability.
Important: LÖHER will remain an independent premium brand.
Production & Expertise: Proven Strength, Newly Organized
Production is currently being modernized and restructured. In addition to renovation measures at the existing site, part of the manufacturing will be relocated to Morsbachtalstraße. Capacity from cobit and VÖLKEL will also be utilized.
The result:
modern processes, high quality standards, and flexible scalability.
The experienced team remains on board—along with the technical expertise. Karsten Gross continues to be responsible for production and quality management as Head of Production & QM. Continuity and quality are therefore secured.
Markets & Sales: Clearly Structured
The focus is on the DACH region and the EU—with a clear international perspective.
Sales are conducted exclusively through specialist distributors.
Ordering and accounting are handled centrally via cobit GmbH. This ensures clear responsibilities and lean processes.

Outlook
